At Polish Brokers Group, we are specialists who gained their experience in the largest international insurance brokerage companies. With our knowledge, we create a new standard of insurance consulting, different from the activities of gigantic corporate structures.

In our work with clients, the most important thing is comprehensive service. We operate according to a proprietary cooperation scheme, thanks to which the programs we build meet all customer requirements and ensure risk coverage in each line of insurance.

Our activities are always consistent, but in the case of different insurance lines they may differ in minor elements due to the specificity of the programs.

STAGES OF COOPERATION

What does the process look like step by step

Audit of the current state

The first stage of cooperation is an audit of existing programs and the adequacy of current insurance coverage. In personal insurance, it may be extended to include examining the level of interest in programs among employees.

Concept and design

Together with the client, we design the program most appropriate for his or her business. We use available market tools, including non-standard ones, to optimize costs and the scope of risk coverage.

Negotiations

Our goal is to achieve the best possible conditions and scope of protection while maintaining the lowest possible premium. We use many years of experience and market relationships.

Implementation and training

We prepare procedures, statements and adapt the program to the client's administrative requirements. We conduct training and ensure effective communication of solutions to target groups.

Ongoing service and reporting

We maintain the implemented program, control procedures, maintain insurance databases and prepare regular reports on claims rates, vehicles and premium payments.

Settlement of damages and claims

We provide damage monitoring and full after-sales service: damage analysis, implementation of procedures, correspondence with insurers and substantive support for users.

Scope of current program operation

Settlement of damages and claims

In addition to ongoing monitoring, the company covered by the program receives full substantive assistance and instructions for users (e.g. procedures in the event of damage or claims). The instructions can be modified to suit the client's needs, while always remaining consistent with the scope of insurance and applicable law.
