In our work with the client, the most important aspect is the comprehensiveness of service. We operate according to an author-developed cooperation scheme. Programs built in this way meet all the requirements of clients while covering risk in every line of insurance.
Our actions are always consistent, but in the case of different lines of insurance, they may differ slightly due to the specifics of the programs.
AUDIT OF CURRENT STATE
The first stage of our cooperation is an audit. We analyze currently functioning programs and the specifics of the client's business. We also check the adequacy of current insurance coverage.
The audit can be further extended to include an examination of employee interest in the programs - in the case of personal insurance or methods of communicating current programs, which are not conducted in the case of business insurance.
CONCEPT AND DESIGN OF SOLUTIONS
At this stage of cooperation, we design with the client the most suitable program for them. For this purpose, we use all possible tools intended for the market of the given insurance product, including non-standard solutions. The result is cost optimization through the selection of the appropriate scope of risk coverage.
NEGOTIATIONS
Our goal is to achieve the best possible conditions and scope while maintaining the lowest possible premium. Therefore, one of the most important elements is negotiations, in which we use our many years of experience and relationships.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM AND TRAINING
For each insurance program, we focus on ease of handling, so we prepare procedures and summaries. All programs are tailored to the administrative requirements of our clients. Therefore, we also conduct training for employees on the negotiated solutions. Depending on the insurance product, the scope of implementation and the functions performed may vary.
Even the best-negotiated insurance program will not be understood if it is not properly communicated to the target group. Therefore, for example, with life programs or employee benefits, we develop appropriate communication for the given audience.
CURRENT SERVICE WITH REPORTING
As part of the ongoing cooperation, we handle the implemented program. We control a series of procedures and manage databases of concluded insurances. In addition, we perform, among others, the following services:
- We provide our clients with online tools (an advanced IT system for managing insurance contracts and broker client service),
- We monitor the market situation and inform about all changes and market and legal trends that affect the functioning of the program,
- We guarantee policy service (managing the insurance database, additional insurance service, controlling payment deadlines and correctness of settlements, etc.),
- We provide insurance documents on agreed dates,
- We prepare periodic reports on the level of claims, including the causes and types of damages and claims,
- We develop current reports on insured vehicles and premium payments,
- We conduct substantive training agreed with the Client on insurance programs,
- We hold regular meetings to discuss the current situation in the insurance program.
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS LIQUIDATION
We know that post-sale service of the insurance policy is most important for our clients, therefore we have a team dedicated to claims monitoring. We provide, among others, the following services in the field of claims and damages liquidation:
- We conduct a full analysis of damages
- We develop and implement claim liquidation procedures
- We manage damage databases along with document archiving
- We handle correspondence and possible disputes with Insurers
Besides ongoing monitoring, the company covered by the program receives full substantive assistance and developed instructions for users, such as a procedure for dealing with a claim or demand. The instructions allow modifications according to the client's needs but invariably remain in accordance with the scope of insurance and applicable law.
