For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process. The basis for processing your personal data by PBG for the purpose of the recruitment process for the needs of a possible employment contract is Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(c), Art. 6(1)(f) of the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), referred to hereinafter as GDPR in connection with Art. 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code. The legally justified interest of the data administrator expressed in Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, is to secure PBG against possible claims related to the recruitment process. If you have included a consent clause for the processing of personal data to participate in the recruitment process, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data will also be consent - Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent, which will not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but necessary to carry out the recruitment process.

Where will your personal data be processed?

PBG will transfer your personal data to other recipients who have been entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf and for PBG. Entities entrusted with processing your personal data, belong in particular to the category of infrastructure solution providers and may process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, in a third country. These entities may also use further entities for processing your personal data, which will be processed in a third country. The category of recipients to whom PBG has entrusted the processing of personal data, also includes, among others: its subcontractors, suppliers and external entities cooperating with PBG, which provide services such as: HR and payroll services, accounting, consulting, administrative services. Your personal data will not be transferred to entities based outside the European Economic Area. In addition, PBG will make your personal data available to other recipients, if such an obligation arises from legal provisions, or if the disclosure results from the relationship between you and PBG.

How long will we process your personal data?
