This was the case of the founders of PBG, Paweł Karcz and Konrad Rogalski, who, after years of working in managerial positions in an international brokerage group, decided to create a company that would respond to the needs of the Polish market and local business culture.

PBG was founded on the belief that effective brokerage requires flexibility, a partnership approach and a real understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face. Building an organization from scratch involved significant risk and significant capital commitment, but a consistently implemented vision allowed us to create a stable and dynamically developing company.

Today, PBG is a profitable organization employing nearly 100 specialists. The key investment remains the development of a competent team of experts, which is the foundation for the quality of services provided and long-term relationships with customers.
